When can I expect my order?

The time to prepare and dispatch an item depends on what you are purchasing, but most are dispatched within three to five working days.

Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working Days from the date of ordering (within UK).

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Delivery rates UK:

2nd class Royal Mail: £3.50 for all orders up to 2 kilos.

1st Class Royal Mail: £4.50 for orders up to 1 kilo.

Tracked with signature Royal Mail: £6.50 up to 1 kilo.

 

Any orders for the UK over £40 will receive FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery.

 

Europe / International shipping:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lore Botanicals is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

International shipping is sent tracked for your peace of mind & the cost is calculated at checkout.

Please note:
** We do not add any taxes / import duty / vat at checkout so please be aware you may be liable for these charges in your country of destination.

 

Eco packaging:

Our mailing bags are made from 100% copostable eco plastic.

Our smaller mailing envelopes are made from padded paper and are 100% recyclable.

Our mailer boxes are made from 60% to 90% recycled content and are 100% recyclable. recycled kraft paper.

The packing tape is made by Eco Craft in the UK and is also fully biodegradable.

All of our other products come in reusable or recyclable containers, glass and cosmetic grade aluminium, aside from our pipettes and pumps. We encourage you to keep and reuse these plastic items, with the option to buy these products with a simple aluminium screw lid.

Environmentally friendly labels

Our eco labels from Avery are 100% recycled and biodegradable.

Our business cards are printed by Print Works who use inks made from organic biomass, making them fully compatible with standard de-inking processes so that they can be recycled at any plant. They use environmentally responsible papers, with part recycled options.
